• Cleaning,  Operation: Pig Sty

    The Pig Sty Method

Housework is one of those odd balancing acts. It’s kind of like a science, testing, tweaking, modifying this and that… until finally, you find a sweet spot. A place where the level of presentation you are seeking meets achievability… and you can sustain it…. And do so without dreading it.  Learning how to embrace and fulfill my role as homemaker has been, and continues to be a journey. I LOVE Strawberry Lemonade! The problem is I don’t often find it with the flavor I love. I don’t like it sour, bitter, or flat. I love it SWEET. When my hubby and I got married I insisted on having Strawberry Lemonade for our beverage at the reception. I had it at a friend’s wedding and it made the 4 hour drive, the expensive gift, and the mild despair of watching yet another peer marry off into happily ever after without knowing when my turn would come, ALL worth it. Because I was preparing to be a wife and everyone knows the best wives NEVER take shortcuts (role model wives…
